What information we use

Broekerpoort Hof processes your personal data because you use our website services and /or you provide this information to us yourself. We process only the data that you provide us.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Broekerpoort Hof takes the privacy of personal data very seriously an d will handle personal data with care. By using our website you agree to our privacy and cookie policy. We process personal data only for the purpose for which they are provided and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – in Dutch AVG). Your data will never be passed on to third parties and will only be made available to third parties if they are involved in the performance of work.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purpose for which they have been received. To comply with our legal obligations we keep the data in our accounting system for at least 7 years. Also the data in our CRS system we will store for 7 years. We got the right, if required by law, to keep this data longer and/or to keep it available.

What rights you have over your data
